Wounds Research Network

The Wounds Research Network (WReN) was initiated by a small group of professionals involved in wound research and is currently being supported by a grant from the Tissue Viability Society (UK).

Good quality research is essential to underpin clinically and cost effective wound prevention and treatment.

The UK research community is highly active in wounds research but at present there is no unifying organisation to link research-active individuals and communities with each other and with research active NHS centres.

When we were first approached to work with the Network in 2015 they were very much in their infancy and here is just some of the work we have carried out for them…

• Managing their annual national Scientific Meeting
• Developing and maintaining their website
• Strategy and marketing
• Production of all materials
• Secretariat function
• Communications
