TEVA Pharmaceutical Industries

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is an Israeli-American multinational pharmaceutical company. It is the largest generic drug manufacturer in the world and one of the 15 largest pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Teva’s facilities are located in Israel, North America, Europe, and South America. Teva is a member of both the New York Stock Exchange and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

We were approached by TEVA to look at the organisation of a high-profile European meeting for both TEVA employees and customers to celebrate the previous year’s successes and to share future challenges, strategy and key messages and facilitate delegate interactivity.

Our brief was to:

• Create a brand for the event that could be used across a whole range of event communications and materials including exhibition stands, keynotes, room theming and a plethora of delegate collateral
• To manage the delegate experience from invitation through to arrival and engagement within the sessions including teambuilding and idea generation
• To create an animation and moving graphics that inspired the delegates and opened the meeting with a hugely uplifting and positive message

Working with our partners Borderless and Plume Animation we created a meeting experience that surpassed Teva’s expectations.

As the timing of the project coincided with another client’s annual conference, this meant we were unable to be on site for the event. Every detail was meticulously planned to ensure that the TEVA team had everything they needed for a seamless, stress free event. With clear communication and liaison with the service providers, we were “virtually” on hand to assist with any queries (of which we are proud to say, there were very few 😊)

What we loved about working with TEVA, was the fact that whilst they worked as a team to ensure the strategy and messages were strongly embedded throughout the whole meeting, they devoted so much of the precious conference time to a team building event!
